i am really behind on posting pictures on my blog. no time like the present, right? just a couple from a recent session. have you ever known a baby that has extra shiny eyes because they have just a little bit of extra teariness? i just love it! absolutely gorgeous!
i just love this little gal. she is such a gabber! i really enjoy the enriching and delightful conversation she always provides. i’m pretty sure she told me she wants to marry one of my boys (which i’m totally fine with). can’t wait for our next get-together so i can hear all about her new adventures!

i just love these two pictures. i was amazed that they could keep such straight faces! the season of love is upon us and i have more from this romantic urban engagement session to come. they were excellent models and gorgeous at that! (’cause she’s my sister…that’s why!!)
(still trying to figure out how to make my pictures look as sharp as they are in real life when i post them on my blog–very tired of weirdish images). what gives?? any pointers… anyone?? how professional was that? confessing i don’t know something…of all the craziness!! i guess i’m only human. i may know what i’m doing with a camera but i don’t get it when it comes to the internet and websites—argh!

i finally met up with this little guy and his sweet family in december. i was so happy to photograph him. i photographed so many girls before him, it was nice to see a little blue.
i was so excited to use the new blue hat. i can’t wait to make more!

help for haiti babies.
a friend of mine told me about a friend of her’s who has been going through a very long process famously known as “adopting kids from haiti”…and then the earthquake happened. since the earthquake occurred in haiti, they have been going crazy trying to locate all the kids who were in the orphanage. there is a lot more to this story which you can read about here:

long story short, in light of the recent earthquake, they have been granted permission to skip all the adoption hub-bub and are able to go straight to the embassy, file paperwork and get the kids here. however, as you may all know, there is utter chaos breaking out in haiti right now.
through the help of the lds church, the church of scientology, and several others, she is in the process of locating a plane and obtaining enough money for jet fuel (about $10,000). they have found a plane but are in need of funds.
if you have an extra $1 laying around, please donate it to this family. i can’t imagine what it would be like being seperated thousands of miles from your babies and then have an earthquake happen.
